7-10+ years of technical experience in Java (J2EE and related acronyms) and Database (Oracle, others is a plus) technologies on *nix platforms. Good design skills, understanding of architecture, passionate in development work. Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, web-services, Tomcat, Maven, Oracle. Good communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to work with product managers, and business directly and work through business problem and its solution that fit short/long term goals. Reasonable skills in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
