Provide analytical support to the compensation team, supporting a broad range of executive compensation and Board of Director activities. Develop and implement procedures to monitor, assess and improve performance of third-party service providers (i.e., Merrill Lynch, Fidelity and SHPS) and manage restricted stock unit settlements.
