Providing guidance and direction to ensure that (1) the equity plans (Executive Long Term Incentive, broad-based SharePower Plan, etc.) are compliant with tax and legal regulations in 63 countries (including U.S.A.) and (2) the non-qualified deferral plans (both Executive Income Deferral and Board of Directors Deferral Plans) are compliant with U.S. federal, state and other regulatory agencies’ reporting and withholding requirements.
