This position is responsible for identifying and analyzing intercompany transactions, preparing documentation in order to comply with Transfer Pricing regulations, and participate in the audit defense process in the various jurisdictions where PepsiCo has business operations. In addition, this position will work with colleagues within the Tax Department and other areas to resolve transfer pricing issues that arise in connection with PepsiCo’s international business operations.
