The role will be responsible for the definition and execution of all real estate transactions globally supporting internal customers in all business units, PEP (PepsiCo), PAF (PepsiCo Americas Foods), PBA (PepsiCo Beverages America), PBC (PepsiCo Beverages Company), AMEA ( & Europe. The Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager will define and implement the timing, financial impact, and be directly accountable for the quality assurance of real estate projects to meet PepsiCo’s business needs. Project size will range from $5 MM to $120 MM
