Prepare financial statements and supporting notes, SEC 11-k filings and support the preparation of Forms 5500 for employee benefit plans related to acquisitions (e.g. legacy Pepsi Bottling Group and Pepsi Americas plans), including the pension plans (Salaried and Hourly plans), 401K plans (Salaried and Hourly plans) and the Disability Plans (STD/LTD), for filing with the SEC, IRS and/or DOL. Ensure the timely completion of all legacy benefit plan filings and to minimize backlogs during the critical path for the third-quarter reporting.
