Responsible for developing training and communication for PepsiCo’s Global Talent and Compensation tools like My Performance & Development (Success Factors) and My Learning (Sum Total), Focal Point and Bonus used by employees and executives across all PepsiCo sectors and divisions. Will also be responsible for working closely with the tool leads and delivery of the training across all divisions.
