The individual selected will be responsible for supervising the Gatorade production operation within the guidelines established by plant and corporate policy in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. Essential functions of this position include: providing leadership and supervision for assigned production teams through effectively training, motivating, and communicating with team members to ensure that team performance meets or exceeds goals and expectations in the areas of productivity, quality, labor relations, safety, sanitation and cost savings.
