Identify exposures and develop strategies to address business requirements in assigned region. Integrate global risk programs. Develop and maintain effective relationships with PepsiCo’s regional financial management and provide risk management advisory support (e.g., M&A transactions, and complex claim recovery strategies). Seek understanding of risk & insurance best practices and drive implementation of these practices across PepsiCo’s Divisions. Assess the utilization of relevant alternative risk financing techniques (e.g., captives, vehicle fleet pooling, etc.).
