Takes ownership of technical system design within large systems and projects. Systems supported are typically mission critical with a large installed user base. Establishes strong partnerships with clients to assure business objectives are met. Provides direction and oversight for the operational support of systems within the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Services domain. Demonstrates the ability to act independently and to lead a project team.
