Manage individuals supporting project work areas as needed, including interns / co-ops, and direct reports. Manage external resources and consultants in support of project and department innovation objectives. Lead complex packaging engineering/development programs. Develop work plans and strategies within core area of accountability. Support and lead project and department communications at senior level meetings.
