Build insightful, objective, and data driven channel strategies. Break into sub channels looking at volumes, profit pools, and competitive position. Ground channel strategies in consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs analysis, and put in place on-going intelligence capabilities. Lead the cross functional resources to both build and validate the factbase and strategies.
