Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all parts and equipment on the packaging line and blending areas to maximize run time; monitors packaging operations and suggests any mechanical/electrical changes or upgrades that would increase efficiency. Write and Complete work orders satisfactorily and in a timely manner; adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follows lockout / tagout procedures. Be responsible for modeling safe and effective practices. - Fabricates parts and guards; rebuilds packaging equipment as needed; advises Supervisor on any parts needed for the packaging line.
