Sr. Manager - Global HR Operations - New York, NY

Build a Global HR Operations change management and training strategy. Manage change efforts globally across the entire HR and Payroll tool set (HR Operations & PFSS – Payroll). Develop training materials and change communications in partnership with the tool owners. Work closely with tool leads to resolve unknown/unexpected change issues. Ensure ongoing communications/ training are planned, communicated, and promote readiness. Promote tool usage, process clarity, and tool approval.
