Manager, Compensation Operations - New York, NY

Responsible for executing the core processes for the Executive Long-term Incentive (LTI) and Director Deferral Program, in compliance with regulatory and plan provision requirements. Supervise the core processes for legacy PBG/PAS programs (e.g. ACE, Plus, KEEP) in compliance with regulatory and plan provision requirements. Work independently, with third-party service providers to ensure seamless execution of core process as they relate to Executive Long-term Incentive (LTI) and Director Deferral Program.
