Warehouse

Hosts and Hostesses in the shipping and receiving warehouse are responsible for overseeing the daily distribution and inventory of Disneyland Resort products and merchandise, delivering items throughout the resort, loading and unloading products for shipment, receiving and inspecting deliveries and operating mechanical equipment.

Travel Reservationist

Responsibilities of the Travel Reservationists include providing excellent Guest service, handling high call volume, using a computerized reservation system, having a detailed level of knowledge about the Disneyland® Resort, following cash handling procedures, making reservations for Guests as needed and managing a daily ticket inventory.

Ticket Taker

As a Ticket Taker, responsibilities may include greeting Guests at the turnstiles, processing Guest ticket media, checking Guest bags, providing information and directions, performing crowd control and maintaining exemplary Guest service.

Ticket Seller

The responsibilities of a Ticket Seller include operating a computerized ticketing system, informing Guests about ticket options, cash handling, providing information, answering questions, handling Guest situations and accommodating special request. Strong communication and listening skills and two full weeks of availability for training are also necessary.

Stable Attendant

Stable Attendants are responsible for the maintenance and wellbeing of the livestock, including feeding, cleaning and exercising the animals. Cast Members in this role are also responsible for any Guest interactions with livestock, including operating and maneuvering horse-drawn vehicles and are also responsible for working the Guest Kennels.

Security

Security positions include Land Officer, Gate, Hotel/DTD and Motor/Parking Lot. In all of these roles, responsibilities include deterring undesirable behaviors, writing and inputting reports, conducting visual inspections of bags or packages, directing traffic, responding to radio calls as needed, calling in safety concerns, completing visual inspections and observing occurrences of areas being patrolled.

Retail Sales Clerk

Responsibilities include operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), cash handling, stocking, inventory and light cleaning. Merchandise Cast Members also have the opportunity to help Guests daily by answering questions, providing information and assisting with special requests.

Resort Transportation & Parking

Responsible for directing traffic, operating passenger-carrying trams, delivering Guest information, cash handling, distributing parking passes and resort information, answering Guest questions and providing directions as needed. Resort Transportation and Parking Hosts and Hostesses may have the opportunity to work indoors or outdoors in varying types of weather.

Photo Imaging

Responsible for proactively approaching Guests to offer photo opportunities and informing Guests of the variety of services available through Photo Imaging. Photo Imaging Cast Members may have the opportunity to work at both indoors and outdoor locations and must carry photography equipment.

Innoventions

Innoventions are required to perform scripted narrations that vary from 6 to 12 minute in length and provide improvisation while operating technology. Innoventions Cast Members are also responsible for greeting Guests, loading and unloading the attraction, answering questions and providing overall great Guest service.

Guest Relations

Responsibilities of a Guest Relations Host or Hostess include answering Guest questions, providing information and directions, handling Guest situations, cash handling, problem solving and proactively seeking out Guest contact.

Character Performer

Character Performers portray specific costumed character roles, perform atmosphere meet and greet sets with our Guests, sign autographs and pose for photographs. Candidates must meet audition requirements and have the ability to meet movement and animation skill evaluations (additional requirements apply).

Disney Desk

Disney Desk Cast Member responsibilities include providing excellent Guest service, having a detailed level of knowledge about the Disneyland® Resort and its tickets options, following cash handling procedures, making reservations for Guests as needed and managing a daily ticket inventory.

Custodial

Custodial Hosts and Hostesses will have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, on-stage and backstage. Cast Members will interact with Guests daily by answering questions, supplying directions and providing exceptional Guest service. Attractions Cast Members are responsible for greeting Guests, loading and unloading attractions, operating attraction systems, delivering narrations of varying lengths and providing audience control. Professional legal work as a member of the County's legal staff representing divisions, advising administrative officials and conducting civil suits. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

Operate machinery for loading, unloading and transporting materials, equipment and supplies. Apply fertilizers and soil amendments with mechanical spreaders as directed.



Guest Research Associate (Part-Time)

Functions as the discipline specific crew chief assigned to an Entertainment Venue or Event.
