This position is with a food manufacturer and will be responsible for integrating processing requirements for product development projects. Duties include: Utilizing knowledge of processing methods and techniques to design product processing and test procedures for new products and process changes. Participating in testing with new machinery. Leading new equipment testing protocol, process design, and testing for new products/processes. Providing technical leadership to other departments concerning new product/process.
