Troubleshooting experience, maintenance of electrical, mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic food processing and packaging machinery. Knowledge of welding procedures, combustion systems, and machine tool operations. Maintain accurate documentation of equipment of equipment checks and repairs. Compliance with equipment PM's and work order completion.
