This role is responsible for Organizational Capability and Continuous Improvement (OCCI) for site operations to include development and implementation of systems to build Hourly Associate engagement and business and technical capability. This role will report directly to the Plant Manager and be the primary leadership role for ensuring the appropriate organizational focus and activity is in place to drive a sustained focus on building a continuous improvement site culture.
