Long Term Research seeks a focused, detail oriented, experienced, High Content Screening (HCS) scientist for hands on experimentation and sophisticated data analysis. Critical role in elucidating SAR and MOA of FLIPR generated primary hits against GPCR, Ion Channel receptors associated with taste. Optimize, validate, and routinely perform HCS/HCA assays using ImageXpress Platform. Perform analysis of data, data mining and report results. Maintain numerous cell lines, routinely expand and induce cells for ongoing HCS campaigns.
