Work with external microencapsulation research collaborators under the Advanced Delivery Systems Big Bet program, to design evaluation protocols & test incoming prototypes in beverage systems, foods and snacks. Responsible for tracking external program technical progress, maintaining current dialog with external partners, summarizing & communicating evaluation results within R&D and business units, and assessing the potential to optimize, scale-up, or terminate the prototype technology.
