Partner with technology teams to identify ad/marketing platform services business requirements to evolve targeted advertising and enable targeted audience marketing. Leverage best practices from the Walt Disney Company CRM teams, and partner with cross-functional team to develop DATG loyalty benchmarks, success metrics and programs. Partner with Bu’s to incorporate customer intelligence in driving customer retention/loyalty.
