Responsible for Managing all Supervisors and employees, setting work expectations and leadership standards as well as specific work location efficiency techniques. Offers consistent and timely feedback to Supervisors and employees to ensure proper communication and effective professional growth. Observes and makes recommendations to operational functions, job duties and operating procedures to best suit the department and serve the guests. Reviews and adjusts line schedules, budgets and operating costs to conform to the latest business climate and identify savings whenever possible.
