The Sales Capability Manager will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of soft skill reinforcement activities for all levels of our field sales organization (Frontline, Territory, Key Account and GM). These activities can take shape as E-Learning Modules, Sustainment Games and/or Workbook activities designed to teach and validate learning. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for tracking utilization of reinforcement activities, scorecarding results and quarterly reporting to Field and the Headquarters Senior Team.
