The Director of Sourcing & Agro development will be the lead person for developing and implementing a localized and expanded agro program to support regions and BU requirements. This role will be the key link between the fruit & veg. COE and R&D, develop and lead 3rd party relationships with suppliers, & develop a resource plan to support and deliver an agro commercialization agenda. Total spend for this category is estimated to be in excess of $300MM within 3 years.
