Template processing for people changes - promotions, transfers, terminations, STD, LOA, and Special Processing. Coordinate and prepare communications for HR processes including people planning, calibration, PDR, as well as org health survey /360 feedback. Maintain open positions report and track time to fill, diversity, and cost of hire metrics on monthly basis. Prepare monthly diversity scorecard for managerial review and distribution. Maintain HR files and ensure SOX compliance. Provide administrative support to the team including travel, supplies, etc.
