Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director of HR will play a strategic role defining and executing the HR plan based on and aligned with core business needs of the division. The Director will serve as the strategic HR business partner for Playdom and Disney Mobile’s operations worldwide, providing hands-on HR leadership to ensure that appropriate strategies and initiatives are developed and implemented.
