The Engineering Manager provides overall direction and leadership to the Engineering team to ensure equipment systems are capable of delivering at expected true efficiency and quality levels through optimizing those systems and developing and implementing plant and divisional projects at the Facility. This includes both process improvement projects, new product innovation projects and resource conservation projects. The Engineering Manager is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for developing and implementing the strategies of the business.
