Supporting the FIT lab and performing QA testing activities. Lead team's daily activities (project assignments, maintain coverage schedules, managing lab resources, report team's project status, etc). Lead team in creating and executing test plans for technology changes. Serve as technical mentor to junior team members while working with manager to plan and implement personnel development and growth plans. Ideal candidate will work with PBC I/T teams to create test plans, templates and protocols that accurately validate technical changes prior to production implementation.
