Primary duties include selling tickets effectively for a reserved seat venue utilizing computerized ticketing software. This position will be responsible for assisting guests in person and on the telephone with questions regarding seating diagrams, seat locations and policies. This position will also be responsible for compiling basic ticket reports as needed.
